2 nights deposit is required at the time of booking. Remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. Full Payment is required at the time of booking if within 30 days of arrival. We accept Visa and Master Card.
Sandy Point Resorts Reservations Department must receive a cancellation notification in writing to our e-mail [email protected] If a cancellation notification is received 31 days or more prior to the arrival date listed on your confirmation document, a refund equal to the 2 nights’ deposit charged less a cancellation penalty of US$50.00, will be processed. If a cancellation notice is received 30 days or less prior to the guest’s arrival date, the full deposit charged is forfeited and is non-refundable and a refund equal to the remaining balance previously charged will be processed. If a cancellation notice is received on or after the arrival date all payments charged are non-refundable and are under full penalty. There will be no refunds for no-shows, early departures or unused portions of bookings. Reservation Modifications made 30 Days or less prior to the arrival date are subject to a modification fee. Travel Insurance is highly recommended.
